Maya Clark, Ernest’s daughter, has been involved in managing properties since she

was a teenager. She initially started working for her father while she finished high

school. After relocating to Atlanta, GA for college, she became a licensed

Salesperson in Georgia in 1998 and later became a licensed Broker in Texas &

California in 2006. In 2015, Maya returned to California to take over the family business in Oakland.

She has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, development of residential

investor portfolios, and property management expertise. Maya’s experience

ensures a balanced approach to providing first rate customer service, while also

considering the investment objectives and requirements of an investor. Maya

brings more than 20 years’ experience as a real estate entrepreneur, Broker, and

Property Manager. She has been managing investment properties for individual

owners and small private-equity funds. During her career, she has successfully

steered real estate sales and property management organizations to their top

performance in both buoyant and challenging economies.



Maya is currently an actively licensed real estate Broker in both California and

Texas. She graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a BA in Business Finance.

In her free time, Maya enjoys mentoring, traveling, reading, attending sporting

events, and listening to live music.
